Hello! My name is Carole ๐
I was born and brought up in the UK and am currently living in Manchester in England ๐
I have many formal qualifications obtained over the years in schools, colleges and Universities in the United Kingdom which of course include the English Language and I have experience in working with and teaching children of all ages and teaching is my passion. ๐
I also of course hold a current and updated TEFL certificate and enjoy teaching children between the ages of 3 to 15 years.
I enjoy travel and experiencing different cultures and have been fortunate enough to have taught English Language in other countries around the globe ๐
It is such a joy to watch a childโs confidence develop and grow in using the English language and I realise the importance of forming a great connection with each individual child and gaining their trust.
As such I always strive to ensure our lessons together are an enjoyable and a fun experience as they develop and progress.
My hobbies include travel, yoga, scuba diving and reading great books!

Ethan Lam
Teaher Carole is very warm and kind with lots of patient and smile. She is very encouraging which helps the kid build up confidence with positive attitude on learning phonics.
When Ethan first started in May 2020, he just managed to read the 26 alphabets. However, under teacher Carole's professional and encouraging teaching, Ethan builds up confidence on blending to read a word and to a book in just few months. The outcome gives me surprises on his reading skill, which I never expected that he can read a book independently before 4 yrs old.
Thank you so much to teacher Carole and also thanks to Babington's effective curriculum that equip Ethan to get ready for his kindergarten life!
